We are so excited to announce that Julie Gallo, MMS, PA-C has joined the Beauty Team at Bednar Cosmetics as one of our expert providers.
Julie is originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies degree and a Master of Medical Science Degree. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology from Lake Forest College in Chicago, Illinois.
Julie has made North Carolina her home since 2018 and has over 15 years experience in the field of Dermatology and Aesthetic medicine. Prior she practiced in SW Florida in both General and Cosmetic Dermatology. She has extensive experience in the field of aesthetic medicine and is an advanced cosmetic injector. She has performed thousands of laser treatments and is also trained in PDO threads for face and body, PRP therapy for the face and body (O-shot, P-shot and Vampire wing lift), IV therapy, and is a Certified BioTE® hormone replacement therapy provider.
Ms. Gallo is an avid piano player and painter and brings her creative attributes to her work. She prides herself on creating natural, realistic results for her patients and ensures that every patient has the highest level of personal attention and care.

Dr. Bednar and his staff are absolutely amazing. From the pre surgery care to pre-op to surgery and then after, I was consistently impressed by their compassion and knowledge. Fear of implant illness and repeat surgeries to replace them had me fearing I would never be able to have the body shape I desired. Dr. Bednar transformed not only my body, but also my outlook. I appreciate his attention to detail, his continuous availability, and the quick response times from his staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and highly recommend coming here!
Staff was amazing. Really nice and kept me calm the whole time. Melissa nurse was great. Helped me post care. She kept me comfortable , no pain. Dr Bednar is very skilled at what he does . I would totally recommend Dr. Bednar. He is an artist.
